Azar Motor Mobin Co. ( Private Joint Stock ) is located at Alborz province - Simin Dasht Industrial State , in a piece of land , having an area of 8000 sq.m.
This Company was established at the beginning of 1998 with the aim of manufacturing spare parts. The first Contract of the company in order to produce the manufacturing of disc and Clutch plate system in the first year, leads to make the power of System at Company. So that, after 8 months from date of above contract conclusion, the first success of Azar Motor Company was mass production of Pride Disc and clutch plate System and delivering it to the automobile manufacturers Production of Xantia and Nissan disc and clutch plate are the next successes of this Company .

After settling Reverse Engineering and system (Collection) manufacturing process at this Company, in one hand and development of automobile Industry, on the other hand, in order to make variety in the market and company products, producing spare parts and other automobile system were as managers work instruction.
Then, Azar Motor Mobin Co. Concluded a contract for producing pride fuel tank, has successfully opened the field of system in 2003 and become able to mass produce pride fuel tank to automobile product line in the beginning of 2004.
After using heavy presses in order to produce fuel metal parts and in order to continue the strategy of market variety and company products, the company has started the third field of its activity by producing Automobile press – metal huge parts and in 2004, it has concluded and done different kinds of contracts in this field such as producing different automobile thermal guards to the automobile manufacturers of the country.
Today , passing many years from the beginning of the activity of Azar Motor Mobin Company , this company produces 2.5 million parts and accessories of automobile –and it is one of main companies in automobile manufacturers supplement collection in the country in order to meet the needs of automobile industry , and passing Reverse Engineering process to production system designing stage and has started this hard and long route by designing Tiba fuel tank system in cooperation with SAIPA research Center and completing design and mass production of this product , has successfully acted in this field .

Therefore, the company is trying to improve the power of research and development unit and localize the concentration of this unit on automobile fuel system, designing technology and components manufacturing in the country.
